Tones/Discrimination

Have a T2 and like to set Disc at 55 or sometimes even 80, what Tone setting would u use for each of these Disc levels?

I'm guessing by your settings that you are only interested in modern coins. If that's the case, dP (Delta Pitch) may be right for you. Just leave factory settings and you will be fine.

If you're interested in older coins, gold and relics then your discrimination is way too high. See my post about settings.
 
at 80 it doesn't matter because every target will have the same tone. i would use 3 tones at 55 or lower so the nickles will read higher and jewelry and zinc a medium. good luck.
