Too rainy to detect around here.....(I added a 2nd photo)

but not too rainy to take a photo of our dogwood that is just starting to bloom. Maybe its the rain that has brought it out better than anytime in the recent past???

I like this photo, but my wife doesn't. She says its too abstract, in that there is too much unfocused in the foreground. She's right, but I like it anyway!

Many of the blooms and plants around here will not happen! The late white stuff and freezing temps put a hurting on them!
