Took F 75LTD out for a relic hunt before the snow flies, tonight

Hi, all:

Forecast is for snow tonight and tomorrow. This is the only week without firearms for deer hunting until after the first of the year, so I had to get the hunt in today. Found several relics hunting in all metal, BP mode, sens. 75. Top row is a lead cannister from a James cannon. Next to it is a piece of sabot from the cannister. You can see the thin piece of tin on one side, with a lead overlay on the other. In the center is a bullet we don't see that often here in Western Missouri. An Enfield. Below it is the only dropped bullet. A .30 cal. Colt revolver bullet. Temps today hovered around freezing, but there was little wind, so it was an enjoyable hunt.

Thanks for looking and keep on diggin'
