Tis the time of the year to get back at it. Not disappointed with the F19 at all. I found some civil war relics in challenging ground with no problems.

Our I'm diggin it group is gong on a relic hunt Sat. Hopefully the "old f19" will come thru for me too!

Well, I didn't fare to good at the hunt. Altogether we found 10 musket balls. I got 3 large caliber modern bullets and seven .22 caliber but no civ. One button but it was smooth...I sure was wanting to see something on it. We did have a good time and got some civil war souvenirs.

Nice finds and one of my all time favorite detectors!

It's a keeper for sure buddy. Have you ever used it in hot ground? The area's I hunt are pretty bad. 4bar dirt. I really think that's the only reason I'm finding as much as I am. I don't dig much iron either. It'll tell you what's what. If you can size a target you'll be fine. Thanks & HH
