Called about a part replacement and was quoted a good price, unfortunately after discussing the part description he informed me the only one available was not the correct part I wanted. I figured that was the end of it because he did call the manufacturer and that was the answer he received. The next day I received another phone call from him stating he did locate the part I wanted and shipped it out right away. Nice to know he kept trying even after he was told that part wasn't available and did locate it for me and at a savings over other sponsors who did not respond back to me if they could get the correct part.
