Should have gone to play some pool, but i had a chance to meet a new digger buddy from mi.............................hi mr lee

lee has been in town a few days plundering the lane and damp zone and i wanted to meet him and have a spin down the lane with him while he was in town.

today we might have to venture elsewhere

Now, those waves are looking like our NY ocean waves - on a CALM summer day...
Looks like you were working the very shallow and wet sand???

Our ocean beaches are ALL sanded in here - really bad hunting now - been hitting the opposite shore, which is the LI Sound - the other side of where Cupajo hunts. Some of the beaches there have been used for hundreds of years and the "wave" action is really not bad. Also the low to high tide spread is 7+ feet as opposed to the 3 feet on the ocean side - so you basically get to hunt the deep water swimming area in wet sand at low tide...found some very old interesting silver rings, a small gold pendant and the usual clad plus a Kennedy half....

Thanks for the neat pix Max. Pleasure to finally meet you. Too bad Ina took in the coin show instead of the beach. She probably did better there anyway.

Finally getting caught up around the house after being away for a couple of weeks. Looking forward to getting down there again, maybe in the summer next time. Any luck at the bay side Sunday or Monday?
