Trip Two For The 705

Hit the grubbed off lots that I took my 705 to last week. This time they had been smoothed up and hit with a disc. I was there about 3 hours and again was very satisfied with my results. Still no silver, but I am confident that will happen when I walk over a piece. I was running multi-tone and in the factory pattern3 for about half my detecting time, and then used All Metal the other half. just trying to get used to this new machine. I really lean towards AM, but don't always care to deal with all the (-) target hits. The harvest is not started here yet, hopefully will soon, and that will open up some more areas to try out this 705......The keepers from yesterday: (surface finds were 1 shell button and 4 marbles), part of another printers plate, 3-zinc MO. Tax Tokens, 3-Indian Cents (1889, 1903, & 1905), And two brass store tokens - one "Good for 1.00 In Merchandise" and the other "Good for .50 In Merchandise", both for the Mercantile Cash Store that was at this location back in the day. We have found a lot of store tokens but not a lot of brass ones..........

Really nice finds. Marbles are always a good find to.
