I needed to hear that one Steve! Some not so good stuff going on at the church right now! 
One of the best remedies for forgetting about one's troubles is to help others.Cause you never know when you will be the one needing help instead of the other way. Also when I help others my problems seem to be small compared to what others are having to deal with! Anyway it is a reminder to give our problems, etc. to the Lord, He can handle them a lot better than we!....................GOD BLESS.....................Joe
