TWO PI TECHNOLOGY QUESTIONS

grumpy

New member
I have tow PI tech questions please; First in the minelab line 4000 4500 and new 5000 is the change in the actual technology of these enough to matter in $s or is it just hype?? Dont know anything about the technology of them just seems like they are introducing machines really fast??
Next is there a PI technology machine by any other company comparable like a white, or? that would keep up with minelab so to speak in the gold fields?
Thanks
Grumpy

Compared to My TDI the 5000 is very-very quiet on high mineral ground-the 5000 will hear deeper targets when set up properly and smaller targets. The main difference in the 4500-5000 is that there are more modes of operation (timings). A steady threshold is a most valuable feature when looking for gold, the minelabs (GPX) series can be set to a more consistent smooth threshold than most other brands.
