Just got my X-terra 705 with 10,5 DD 7,5kHz and the small 6" DD..
Have also my brothers 705 with 9 " 7,5 and 10/5" 18,75 kHz,with me for the trip to Norway.
I will hunt the next coming hours and hopefully I will get some nice finds.
Gonna show you the result tomorrow, wish me good hunting...

good luck

GL and HH. If you can, post which coils you used for the finds, their approx. depth and the TID's.

Coin-spree!!!!!!!!.......
6 silver and 4 copper coins and some new coins. One of the coppers is from 1600Th century,5 inch down. All found under a big maple tree and a old sports area.
This is the maiden trip with the x-terra.Only used the 6" DD. An excellent coil for the small silver.
The small silver 10 ore had a TID of 32-34 and some of them picked up at 8 inch. The small coins are minted in 1875,1882,1917,1920.
Two 25 ore silver coin a little bigger than the 10 ore.Was hitting hard at 44 at a good 6 inch down...they are minted 1927 and 1939.
The big

The 10,5 DD 7,5 kHz delivered 3 small silver coins from 1700Th and a 1828 skilling. Also some new coins.
Pretty heavy but very quiet and good balance.
X-terra is a fantastic machine and when I had have some more practice I believe it will deliver even more nice stuff.

1828 skilling at TID 44-46 five inch own, small silver at TID 32-34-36.

Next time I will go out hunt with the elliptic DD.

Its fun to see all the things people dig up here on this forum, great inspiration.

They do rock...
Just came back home after a morningsession with the 705.
2 coppercoins from 1802,1803,and a silver from 1898, also some new coins picked up with the elleptical DD.
Great morning hunt.
