Undocumented Button Built In to Knob?

I didn't see it mentioned in the manual anywhere, but has anybody else discovered that you can press on the adjustment knob and it recalls the last setting you changed?

And, differently than the menu button, pressing it again puts you back into detecting mode.

I use it to temporarily jump over to all metal mode to analyze iffy signals. Very handy...

I have my second F75 now, and I swear the knob didnt click down on my first one. Just went out and checked on my new one, and lo and behold, it does exactly what you described. When I first read your post I thought you were referring to the button. hmmmmmmmm, I wonder why they make no mention of it in the manual??
