<span style="background-color:#ffff00;">Received a phone call from Bugler where Van Landingham's aid had just called him direct and explain even thought the Bill did pass committee (Criminal Committee not the Appropriations Committee --my mistake---it now has been forward on to the Appropriations Committee), the Bill has been rewritten to ONLY ask for appropriations to hire another state archeologist. Van Landingham's aid has assured us that all other wording in the Bill has been thrown out and it only applies to appropriations so to hire another state archeologist. This means SUCCESS and a very special thanks to all of you that wrote in, emailed and help keep the pressure up on the delegates, it did make the difference. We are proud of all of you and WWATS wishes to say thank you all for your dedication and hard work. We should be receiving a copy of the re-write Bill from committee by tomorrow, we will pass this on when we get it. A Special Thanks to everyone again.
Sincerely, Keith Wills and WWATS
