UPDATE on Brian (6 hours ago this was posted)..

Pete in MI

New member
The procedure has been...

...pushed back until 3-4 this afternoon. With all surgeries there are risks, like possible infection, but the risk involved with this procedure that concerns me is the risk of stroke. The odds are 1 in a thousand that a problem occurs and I'm not comfortable with those odds.

Our vacation at the Hotel Vanderbilt has been extended for a few more days. The doctors want to get to the bottom of this before letting us go home and, of course, we do too, but it seems things are proceeding at way to slow of a pace.

It's time for Brian to sling that stone and defeat this giant!!

Your prayers are appreciated!!

They really are!

Doug

I apologize for not getting this info to everyone sooner...we got about 8 inches of snow and the hotel has no snow blower. Yesterday morning, last night and again this morning shovelling walks then get home to snowblow my own driveway and other jobs. So sorry about the delay.

Thanks Pete for the update on Brian from Doug and you need to be careful shoveling snow or even snow blowing in the cold air....just don't overdo too much at one time and take it easy.....you are not old but you're not a young lad any more either! Prayers continuing for Brian and all the family! God Bless!
