Update on Cliff's and my illnesses............

We went for our dr appts yesterday and Cliff could hardly walk or breathe! They did a treatment on him with meds and Nebulizer which raised his oxygen level of 68 (when he arrived) to the 80's afterwards! He has Prednisone to take and Symbecort or Zymbecort to use twice a day and I also use it for breathing easier! He has a Nebulizer at home and the dr said that he must use it, for he hadn't been using it like he should because of the medicine that he has to use in it! I don't use one as yet!

I found out I have fluid in the ears and that is why I'm having bad headaches, dizziness and generally feeling poorly! I am on antibiotics the Z Pak for 6 days and even with ins paying...they cost me $4.00! Now that isn't expensive for me....but for 6 pills I wonder what the real cost is??
My blood presure is rather low at 110/72 when it usually is 120/80 or there abouts! So, that could be a reason for my tiredness too or getting tired too quickly! I did finally start doing some cleaning in the house and put my new handicap license plates on the car! The others expired today! Nothing like waiting the last minute to do something! :lol: Don't know how my stomach problem will be as I am unable to take antiacids while taking the antibiotics! Oh well I will manage....another pain won't matter when I have so many anyway from arthritis and getting older! :)

Dese ole bones they've worked pretty well for all the years I've used them.....guess they'll last until I die or arise in the rapture of the saints! :rolleyes: :angel:

Well I'll pray for easier breathing & all for you two. Getting older is an increased awareness we all have to watch and act upon. The Lord will watch over us, steve in so az
 
you and Cliff hang in there and do as the Dr says.
I think detecting would be god medicine! Then again, I think that is treatment for most things! :)
 
I am glad you found out why you were dizzy and had the headaches and are getting treatment for them. Sometimes putting things off til the last minute gives us the motivation to git 'er done. Had a friend who said he always works best under stress. :lol:

We did a lot of travelling yesterday and Sherry said that travelling in the van only makes matters worse. Would seem if normal day to day things are impossible to do it should be a disability. Oh well. Hope you and Cliff have a great day and God gives a quick healing for you both in the name of our Lord Jesus I pray. Amen.

And Mike, me son, you have no idea how hard it is to swing and dig when you can hardly put one foot in front of the other when just walking slowly! Cliff was in bad shape and was supposed to see the dr. Sept 25 but we had to make a trip to Cuba, MO for the closing on the house on the 24th and had rescheduled him for Oct 30, the same day I had my appt! He goes back Monday and is feeling some better! I know he wasn't getting enough air and had suggested he turn his oxygen concentrator up more than 2 and the dr has him on 4 now! He almost panicked when he couldn't get enough air many times! When we go anywhere, He has to take portable tanks with him and lots of them when going to the country, so for him it is quite a burden to have to be hooked up to an air tank all the time!

Bro Pete, you and Sherry are still in my prayers and I pray you both can get out and enjoy your trips without Sherry feeling badly while travelling or afterwards! Cliff and I are so terribly tired when we make trips and I know I wouldn't last long :detecting: and with Cliff along it's even more difficult, as he can't get out for very long and gets bored because of not being able to hunt, also! Thanks for your prayers!

Sorry, I am not answering each prayer post personally but I do appreciate you all and I pray that God is meeting each and every need no matter what kind it is that each of us go through....for we cannot escape the trials in this immoral and unhealthy sinful world we live in and only at our appointed time will we leave and go to a far better world by death of the human body or we're caught up into the arms of Jesus! Wow! Won't it be awesome to have an immortal and incorruptile body like His? I can hardly wait but still have His work to do while I'm still here in the flesh!

Thanks Doug for your prayers and yes we will arise to meet Jesus in the air, as long as we live for, love, obey and trust in Jesus, our blessed Savior! He lives without our hearts! :angel:
