Update on my mother in law...

Tonite,Im going to call her,and REALLY set things straight with her-Im tired of this nonsense;and heres what Im gonna do-im gonna call her and tell her-That I love her,and Im sorry for making her mad.You see,I had a good talk with the LORD on the way home from work this morning.Ive been concerned about my job loss;and upcoming surgery...SO;I gave it all to HIM.and HE in a roundabout way told me:'REMEMBER MY 10 COMMANDMENTS-ESPECIALLY HONOR THY FATHER AND MOTHER??"-I have not been honoring my mother in law;and Im going to tell her that.My in-laws are the only parents on this earth I have now.Im also going to tell her I had extreme discomfort in having my mother-Now at the table of THE LORD-giving me advice when I was grown up...Im glad the FATHER woke me up;and we sent you know who:devil:on his way-AMEN!!!
 
Good for you, steve, as it doesn't do any harm to make amends to your mother-in-law! We elders like to give advice even when not asked, but not always appreciated! :rofl: Your doing the right thing for her and our Heavenly Father! :angel: God Bless! Betty
 
God blessed me with a wonderful mother in law. I hope you too can find peace with yours. Lost my job a couple of months back...she has been great. She knows I love her daughter and her grandchildren. As long as yours knows you are being the best you can be,
you'll be fine. Glad you are looking for advice on this forum rather than ones where distrust and revenge would come back at you. hang in there bud. trust God.
