Uploading photos from a iPhone?

My only option to upload pics and paste to my message is thru my iPhone. But every time I hit the upload button nothing happens. I would think my photo library would pull up for me to chose what pic I want and paste it into the body of my message. I would LOVE to share my find with everyone, so any help would b greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help!
 
Are you hitting the browse button first? I've done it before from my Iphone. I tried today but it said the file size was to large. Don't know how you would resize a pic on your phone. I usually email the pic to myself and upload from my pc. Good luck, hope you figure it out, Joe.
