While my coffee was cooling this AM I did my usual early morning good deed and picked up some of the debris left from yesterdays thoughtless beach abusers.

Due to the cloudy weather there wasn't as much as usual and after I finished my coffee I warmed up my Infinium and worked a hundred yards of wet sand/gravel.

The new sand scoop I finished a couple of weeks ago worked very well and I found a new penny and an old nickle along with a few thin nails and some wire.

Just as I was going to run out of time and have to start my work-day, I found this little beauty!

Six tiny diamonds and 14K was a perfect way to end the brief hunt!

GL&HH Friends,

Great find! I'll bet your feet hardly touched the ground on the way home after finding that one. Beautiful ring! Sapper.

Hey Sapper,

As you can see from my next post I have found a few in the past!

The thrill never dies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GL&HH Friend,

CJ

You are so right CJ. One nice find like that makes all the piles of junk since the last one fade into the dim distant past. You are so right, the thrill of the hunt never dies, and I think that finding junk makes the good finds even sweeter. It might sound crazy, but I still get a thrill when I find a common coin...I just hope my heart holds out when I do find something nice LOL. Best of Luck, Sapper.

Cupajo, you keep that infinium off MY beach!
You are getting too deadly with it. Leave something for us VLF guys.
