Vaquero & Bottlecaps

Just wondering how you Vaquero users deal with bottlecaps.

Are they clearly identifed by their tone, or do you have to turn up the discrimination? And if so, how high do you typically set it?

I am only speaking about bottlecaps generally. I know there are always at least a few that will get past you.
