Young men with limbs missing and in need of repeated skin grafting to heal their wounds.
We have forgotten that war because it served no purpose other than to kill thousands of our young men and women.

Unfortunately military men fight and die on both sides in war. That is the reality of being a soldier or sailor. The bad part was the dirty politics that kept us in danger and a Nation that did not support their troops. They were asked to fight a "limited war" and as far as I know, no such war has ever been won. War is an "all in" or "all out" action. Ask some Vietnamese immigrants what good the war did. Some may disagree with me but this is my opinion only and that's the last I will say about it.
