Very Old Spoon

I know this is not much

I found this spoon, hanging out on my friends farm

does anyone know the approximate age of this find from its shape? any details?

any recommendations on removing the rust?

It looks like the spoon has a "3" stamp on the reverse.

If its rusty maybe its forged iron??? That places it back aways.......

The shape of the spoon reminds me of the spoons we had back when I was a kid which was in the 1950s.
