New member
Morning folks; I have a new problem. My probe a vibra mod 570 got put in the car for about a month while we were moving and when i took it out to use it it seems to no longer work? I thought of the battery:) and then another battery it still is dead as a door nail. Anyone ever have this problem? any reports on service from this co. I have never used thier products before always had sun ray before.?
Thanks for any feed back.
Also anyone around pheonix nw side that has info on what is permissible in these municipalities as far as park and school hunting??

I know this is painfully obvious and you probably already knew.....but, were the old batteries corroded at all? Be sure to check the battery contacts in the probe and make sure they are clean with no corrosion. If you see any discoloration, use a small strip of very fine sand paper (i.e. 600) to clean them. If the contacts are recessed and hard to reach, tape the sandpaper to the eraser end of a pencil, or similar, to do the cleaning.

Yes we tried three batteries and we checked the terminals they are like brand new. I wonder if it got up against something in the car and buzzed till the battery died and killed the thing?? I would think that that would not h urt them but dont know.
Thanks

If it is not under warranty, take that sucker apart and check it out! You may have worn the vibrator out. It doesn't have an audible, does it? One thing for sure, you can't hurt anything by taking it apart and trying to fix it since it isn't working now!
