Thinking of buying a video recorder that i can take with me on my adventures.
Any recommendations on a camera that is easy to use and inexpensive that has a good macro function , possibly HD
Am i asking for to much :)

Check out the Sanyo Xacti FH1A. Terrific dual camcorder and camera, HDMI output, easy to use, fantastic resolution in both camera mode and video mode, stabilization, zoom, very compact and it downloads directly to your computer. I am delighted with the one I have and I use it a lot.

A head mount video camera would be nice.
