im thinking of a trading a excellent condition tesoro tejon. it comes with the the standard 8x9 coil and the 5.75 concentric with extra lower rod, both coils have covers also i have manual, paperwork and the box. im looking to do a even swap for a teknetics omega 8000. i want to try something different. the omega is the only detector im interested in. trade only please... thanks clad king

well ive owned the omega and tejon, the omega it's not a bad machine and does have some cool features but in my opinion i think you will do better with the tejon unless you really have super minerlized soil and if you do any gold hunts at all the tejon has better frequency for that, and i find the tone to be truer but you may see things in a different light but just giving you something to think about, the advantage you might have with the omega is lower freq at 7.8khz better for silver and brass related items and will do good on coins but i think the tejon will take it in all out depth.
i really do love the tejon but i just had the itch to try something different. so the tejon stays, no longer for trade. HH, clad king
