Is the Minelab warranty and Kellyco extended warranty transferable? I posted this in the Explorer classroom as well. If it isnt, is there a way to get around it?

No, the warranty is not transferable. It says so right in the wording of the warranty. I had this discussion about a month ago.

It tells you what you can do to solve the problem. Personally I just wish ML would just honor the warranty. I did not see what the problem is. What's the difference if I have a 4 year warranty or if I had the machine for 2 years and then someone else had it for 2 years. ML initially put this machine under protection for 4 years. Just have ML have a form on their site that you can dl to transfer ownership to new owner or something similar in concept so ML knows the new owner from the old one.
