Not too many people want to deal with the water during the winter. It sure does get cold! Are you on the Sound or on the ocean side? I usually hunt the south shore of LI (yes, even during the winter )

I hunt at Bridgeport ( Seaside Park) ; West Haven Beach; Walnut Beach, MIlford: Fairfield beaches; Westport Beaches; Norwalk beaches; Hamonassett State Park; Rocky Neck State Park; and Short Beach, Stratford.

I love hunting in the winter...don't mind the cold and wind; I dress warmly and I like it because it is not crowded ...nice and quiet, and relaxing.

Maybe I'll see you at one of these beaches ......ever come up this way?
