My back was just screaming at me.Got in my recliner,fell asleep until 8,woke up with a kink in my neck.Havent been able to sleep at night for a month,back pain loud and clear every morning around 2am.Pain Dr. Visit on the 21st,I pray for some improvement.......Excuse me now,naptime......:clsoedeyes:.........
