I found this recently, it says world peace, but nothing else. No manufacturer or any other writing front or back.

Well, I've searched high and low and was kinda surprised that a dove and globe in the style of that nice fob was hard to find.
Reminds me a lot of the globe used by both the League of Nations and the UN.
From the Art Nouveau style on the clasp I'd guess that if it belonged to either of these organisations, it would date closer to the League of Nations which was formed after WWI and was quietly disbanded in 1946 for not being able to fulfil it's function... World Peace.
