Looks like I will be around for awhile still. I went to the doctor today and had a whole list of things to ask her. She was surprised :surprised: to see such a list. My problems started when I was having trouble focusing one day. (I thought I had had a stroke) She said it was a sinus and inner ear infection. Had me off balance. Then it moved to my lungs and there is where it set up house. Thing is I never had a fever. With an inhaler for my lungs and the strong antibiotics I am finally feeling a lot better. I was taking over the counter cold stuff and it did nothing, except make me sleep. I slept for 4 days straight. Woke up long enough to take some more cold stuff and back out again. I thought I had pneumonia or something. My wife, called the doctor and told her what I was doing and got the meds I needed, Bless her little heart. She wuuves me. Also my sugar is doing OK and one test I thought I might need soon, she said not till 2010. Yeah! Thanks for all the concern and prayers that were said for me. Thanks a million. (no Mike, I'm not writing you a check.) Thanks again.

I'm glad that your doing good.:wiggle:

but glad you have a better half that loves you enough to want to keep you around for a longer time. Its either love or she has a large honey-do list you have to complete

Thank God is was less serious than we thought. Praying you get through it quickly now you have the proper meds.

Did ya get my email or phone message?

Gunswinger, I am so glad that you are feeling better....sounds like an asthma condition....and "that over the counter" medicine can be a problem if too much is taken...I'm relieved to know that you got an inhaler....take care of yourself... and thanks be to God for helping you get over this 1

same problems before Thanksgiving, through Christmas until after New Year's. I had sinus infections with fluid on my lungs. Had to take two rounds of anti-biotics and predisone! Been using inhalers for many years. I used to cough so much that I couldn't go anywhere without coughing or I couldn't talk on the phone without coughing my head-off or it seemed that way! I'm so glad you didn't have a stroke, but sorry you had to go through what you did and are going through, as I was sick in bed Thanksgiving Day and couldn't even go anywhere for Christmas Day. I was sleeping a lot or tired and always sleepy! Sure not fun to feel that sickly! Glad you are getting better and pray you continue to do so! :)

God Bless!
