TOOK THE PICTURE FROM THE HOUSTON PAPER,SHOWING A GUY FILLING UP WITH DIESEL IN MEXICO WHERE HE PAID $70 FOR A TANK FULL.IN THE STATES IT WOULD HAVE COST HIM $145 .AND MEXICO IS GETTING THEIR FUEL FROM US:veryangry:
