Charlie in NC and I recently found a nice new spot! It has the best of both worlds, OOOOOOLLLLDDDD colonial traffic and Civil war era traffic. He posted it a few days ago that we found it. Well, we gained permission and Charlie found an 1738 George II large cent and a South Carolina coat button. I pulled out a cut spanish coin and at the end of our last day there I managed a 1754 George II large cent along with the usual flat buttons and colonial stuff. Oh, I also got a nice Eagle Infantry coat button. We had blast. I have attached a picture of my finds. I will have to follow up with the other one in a reply. The penny is in bettershape than it appears in the photo. I just couldn't get a good shot. Also, check out the relic forum and see if you can help me ID some other odd relics I have found. Thanks......Aaron
