Finally the WASP surviving women who flew military aircraft during WWII got awarded today. Sadly there are only a few hundred alive to see this day. They flew B-17's allowing gunners to learn to fire from an aircraft at moving targets as well as fighter planes. God bless that generation. Women of today should be proud, we should all be proud. These were our mom's.
 
Like my wife here, they consider eating potato chips in bed without getting caught a dangerous mission. My how things have changed.:sadwalk:
