Well Ma is feeling a little older tonight............................

My 8th great-grandchild was born tonight around 8:30! Tami just became grandma for the first time and is tired from being at the hosp most of the day! She has to drive to Benton, MO from St. Lukes Hospital in N. W. County.......a long, long drive!!! Please keep her in prayer for a safe journey home and also to not be so tired and in pain from her Fibromyalgia!

Tami says the baby girl's name will be Jaydon and maybe her second name will be Rose! They haven't decided as yet! But I think Jaydon Rose is a beautiful name and Tami says her granddaugher is really a pretty baby...............but grandma's always say that!

Well I guess I had better rest too since I am getting older by the minute!

Joey is her oldest son of 3 living sons! One passed away as an infant! She never had any girls so Jaydon will be the girl she never had!

Thanks everyone! I pray she will be a happy, healthy baby and grow up in God's wonderful care but I know Joey, her dad, is not a Christian and I don't think her mom is either! I keep praying for their salvation, as well as the rest of my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who don't know our Lord and Savior, Jesus, personally! But by Him helping to draw them closer, He will draw closer to them, and save their souls before the resurrection of His saints, I hope and pray! Babies are so precious in God's sight and woe to anyone who harms one of these little ones!

Great-grandma is tired and not doing much but posting on here and playing a new game, Peggle, that I just purchased a couple of weeks ago. It is fun and I don't want to stop----so shame on me! Praying and reading the Bible is more important, especially, with the world in such a mess these days! :blush:

Thanks Doug and Bryce for your congrats and prayers! I don't know about a poem about Jaydon, as I hadn't even thought about it, as yet! Usually, God's Holy Spirit moves on me and gives me the words to write poetry..................sooooo be patient and maybe He will!

If I can find the boxes with notebooks containing most of my poems, would you like me to post the poem I wrote Tami when her son, Gregory Scott passed away from SIDS? I'm still trying to learn how to post and upload pics with my new Computer & Printer! Different from my other one and it has problems anyway!!!

She grieved for so long but has the poem in a frame and hanging on the wall, I guess! She and Troy live in his brother's house, so I'm not sure what they have hanging on the walls! I noticed in a Littleton Coin Book which my bro rec that there is a 2008 Silver Dollar incapsulated in a colorful folder with the words NEW BABY! I don't know if they would save it for her or if money would be better, as they are struggling just like all younger people and of course, us older folks too!

But God is the supplier of all the true believers needs! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus!
