As usual, Alabama didn't get the snow we were promised. It fizzled out like it almost always does. A few places got a dusting, if you could even call it that. Here, we got a few white patches here and there and it came mixed with sleet and lite rain. However, the roads were VERY wet and have now iced over. All the county roads in my county have been closed since around 5pm, and most of the city roads too. Not supposed to get above 25 until Monday, so the ice might be sticking around for a while. Low is supposed to be 14 tonight, with wind chills below 0, and the wind is howling out there! Really disappointed about the snow, but did enjoy the few snow showers that passed through. The Notional Championship does soften the blow of not getting the snow we wanted. ;-)

Sorry about not getting the deeper, white flakes to turn everything into a beautiful wonderland, but congrats on Alabama's win! Ya have bragging rights! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Hahahaha! Well, I'm not a nail biter; I'm more of a breath holder, head shaker, and eye roller! lol As for the rest, lets just say that Sadie (the cat) did not want to be in the den with me! She gets freaked out when Alabama is on TV because of all the excitement!
