I looked online and it appears this token was some sort of receipt to prove that that person had paid there tax which went to maintain the state parks. I also found one like yours on Ebay for $3.95 if you want two of them Cool finds. I live in Washington state and they used to have those tokens as well, but they were before my time (42 years old). Thanks for sharing your finds.
