was able to pull out another ring. this one is plated to though it is the closest to finding the real deal yet. at least this one is marked. the mark is 18 K with some other letters. whatever that means, i know its plated though because under closer inspection you can see the scuffs. it has 2 white stones on either side of two pink stones. so it is really pretty.

Can't argue with a beautiful find like that -
You seem to be turning into a ring-magnet. Good hunt! :clapping:

the other stamps ? Does the scuff go deep enough to see a foreign metal ? Neat find even if it's not gold, Steve in so az

Congrats, dobbie, on another find of a pretty ring,,,,it should say 18K GF Gold Filled or 18 K GP Gold Plated over another metal unless it is 18K gold and you would know that by how it looks! I've found those and they look pretty with the stones and etc. but just cheaper made rings! Getting closer to the real thing, sooo keep on, keepin' on going after those goodies! God Bless & Good Luck!

Does it say 18K HGE ???

it says 18 KGERSC or KOERSC. its really small. heres a little better pic of the stones. and once again. it fits perfect. :bouncy:

I am not familiar with that marking.

HI dobbie and I'm not familiar with that marking either! Thanks Mike for the l8K HGE (Heavy gold electical plated) I just couldn't think of it, as my memory isn't what it used to be long many years ago for this old mare! Glad it fits, dobbie, and it is still pretty! Congrats and go for the 18 K gold ring, it has to be out there somewhere!  God Bless!
