This is General Noonan. I went there for a promotion ceremony that he presided over. Before the ceremony we were escorted into his office for a nice friendly chat. He gave me free reign to roam and take pictures. These were taken with The Nikon D1X with on camera flash. The flash was used as bounce lighting and not directly pointed at him. Program mode.
