Stryker I really like the F70. I don't know why I wanted to try anything else? Guess even us old guys get caught up in all the hype? I switch coils and headphones almost every hunt. Quick as a wink. My shoulder has been getting sore and every day it was getting worse. So went back to the F70 and shoulder is getting much better.
Rick I got 48 AA batteries for my birthday from the wife. When anyone asks my wife what I need she tells everyone AA batteries.
Bart I can't give you any quarters. Wife uses them for washing and drying machines. All of them. Every last one of them....
Jim you must know wayupnorth?? When we go hunting he yells Z here are some pennies for you over here. It is hard for me to walk away from a good target. It just doesn't feel right. I know there are some guys that notch pennies out. If I did that I would probably have bad penny dreams every night??? Thanks for reading and HH ....Z

I personally never use notch and like you, I find it tough to walk away from any coin target. I don't like digging Memorials and zinc's, but there are just to many other good targets that hit in that penny range, not to dig em. Also somewhat like you, I've given some serious thought to giving that new hyped up swinger a try as well as one of those from down under and then reality sets in when I remember I can hunt for hours on end with the F 75 LTD and Omega and not have a sore shoulder or arm. Jim please don't tell me about another new detector! Please! I really like trying out new detectors but it is hard on the wallet. 
I think I could use any detector that has TID, ground balance, discrimination, sensitivity, tones, is less than 3 pounds and will pick up coins from surface to 5". Here I am looking at the high end detectors because they have all the goodies that I don't even care to use. The F70 really does fit all requirements plus it is good on the beach/ wet/dry sand. I am putting on my blinders and not looking at detectors for some time I hope?
