Anyone know anything about the Search Scan Electronics 650 RTR Metal Detector?
Was or is the "different type of signal" (from the excerpt below) successful?
From page 18 of the June 1993 issue of Lost Treasure magazine:
..."Rather than using "pulse delay" circuitry to reject unwanted targets, the 650 will produce a different type of signal as the search coil passes over either ferrous or non-ferrous targets. This allows the USER instead of the DETECTOR to reject unwanted targets allowing maximum detection depth to be achieved at all times."
I hope I'm not asking a question that has been gone over and over, but I couldn't find any references to the 650 RTR from this forum's search results.
