what frequency does the XP Deus operate on?

Adjustable to (4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, or 18 kHz

Yes and no.

The Deus allows the user to switch between using 4, 8, 12 and 18 kHz frequencies. You can only use one frequency at a time. So yes, it has multile frequencies, but nt in the traditional sense as a bbs or fbs machine uses different frequencies simultaneously. The Deus is more like having 4 really hot single frequency machines rolled into one.
Hope that helps!
Good luck

so it really wouldn't do that well on saltwater beaches like the bbs, fbs, and the fisher cz models, etc.....

thanks,
tiggar

I have several customers who use the deus on the beach and love it, and with the NEW 11" coil they are hitting quarters in the sand at 15 and 16" inches

is the XP Deus a multi-frequency metal detector?

tiggar

It can run on 4 frequencies but only 1 at a time.

it will work but Multi-frequency or Pulse Induction tends to work better.
