Colorado:

Yup, I've been missing that forum. Great bunch of guys - some of whom also are here and other places. It's been the first forum I hit when I go online, the discussions range into prospecting and relic hunting, generally with a TDI connection. And that isn't meant to disparage this or other forums - they each have their own character, even if they do share a good many members.

I did a LITTLE searching earlier today and couldn't find any news about its status.

If it doesn't come back soon, I'm thinking that Cougar Jim (or one of the other active members) should start thinking about a fall-back location (here, yahoo, etc.,) where we could retreat, reconnect, and regroup.

Colorado:

I just looked at invisionplus.net in google's cache, then did a little searching and found this twitter exchange:

wateradept24: is invisionplus.net down again?

Yes it is. TeamIP is on vacation right now, but I sent him an email letting him know about it.

SOOOOO.... I think this means that invisionplus has crashed while its administrator is on vacation. We can only hope that when he returns he will revive it before he loses all of his users.

I think you may have got it right , the last time I was on the forum quite recently it mentioned that it had problems with the logging on .I am pretty sure it will be back it is the most informative forum of any for information on the machine with no show and tell of everything a member finds.
Cheers Wally

Yes, it would be a great shame to lose all that good information. Anyone who wants to post about the TDI is welcome to post here for the time being. I am here at Whites with Carl Moreland and Reg for the week and we are discussing what to do. Findmall is a good reliable site and in view of Invision's problems over the past few months, it might be a good idea to move.
