what is the better program/ frequency to run in the water with the xp deus

I use the hf 5.5”x9” in freshwater for least water resistance and easier swing. I just go with whatever the preset frequency in whatever program I’m using. Because it’s not easy to swing as low in water as on ground, I will use the deep program to make up for sloppy swinging- as long as it’s not to chattery.
