It is made out of stone I was thinking indian fire starter or sun dial not really sure was hoping someone would know for sure it's def not a door knob lol
It sure would make a perfect hand piece for a bow drill! either for fire starting or drilling....anybody that makes a bowdrill for starting a fire this piece is very important and hard to find something suitable on the go...every other component is easy to make...very cool
