I'll look through my finds and add "MY Best" later

Well I have only had my F75 for a short time, but I found a what looks to be a childrens toy from the 1950s, its a little airplane...its pretty cool. I will take a picture later on. Its not my best find ever on any detector, but as far as the F75, the little airplane is pretty cool!

Just a couple of silver quarters for me.

That's a tough one for me Elton. I've been and still am using the f-75 since it came out. As a old coin hunter that hunts old coins, I get a big thrill from finding the State Coppers. I guess I can't really answer that...., racking my brain......., too many awesome finds.

That is a tough one..Hmm, I like finding lighters and knives. For some reason it makes me feel good to know that no matter what happens today, I can make fire and have a knife. I've found peace of mind, adventure, excitement, sunrises and sunsets I'd of never seen, muscles I didn't know I had, friends here I've never met. All of those have no value other than to me I guess.

Elton, I am going to have to say a 1904s Barber dime. I have found dozens of others over the years and lots of pieces more valuable, but that was my first Barber coin and at the time I thought it was just the most beautiful coin in the world. It was pretty nice. It grades AU 50. HH jim tn

1838 One Shilling found this past spring. It was an old home site loaded with iron and nails everywhere. One of the hardest places I ever searched and came out with this shilling and a and a LC.

I have found some old coins but this is one of my F75 favorites.
A 1820s Mass Militia button found it the woods that was a ball field years ago.

Very good post-

For me two firsts:

April 2011 I recovered my first US Federal Civil War Belt Buckle using he F-75, it was about 8 inches down in the ground. Interestingly enough I got a good "bullet" signal hit at about 3-4 inches, noticed someone had put in a shovel in the soil than walked away due to the fact there was a piece of wire sticking out of he ground which I had not realized until after I had dug the plug. After removing the wire and disposing of it in my trash bucket, I had the presence of mind javascript:editor_tools_handle_smiley() to re-scan the hole, and still had a decent "bullet" signal at about 5 inches down. After digging a good-6-7 inches of soil, I was staring at the front of the plate (US) side. Not realizing what I had discovered.

I was the first one in our group to have recovered the first buckle, since that time, 3 additional buckles have been recovered from this same field in Virginia where we hunt. The US buckle is a definate first for me and I even submitted an article to Western&Eastern treasures. Everyone tells me this is one of the nicest buckles recovered as the fertilizer etc just kills these buckles. Except for the few small cracks, the buckle is in excellent condition with both arrow hooks (puppy paws) all intact with a bit of the leather belt still attached.

My 2nd best recovery (this time with F-75 LTD), I recovered two weeks ago at the same 1000 acre site we've been given permission to detect, my first Spanish 1 Reale, 1790 Carlous IV. Most of these Spanish silvers are completely worn, mine is in really good condition. We've recovered 5 total, mine is the only one with a date. Another interesting factoid, is all the Spanish silver coins thus far recovered have the small letter "o" above the "M", indicating Mexico city. However my coin does not have the small "o" above the "M", indicating that this coin was minted in Madrid Spain. This guy traveled by boat 1790 or shortly thereafter to the fledgling US.

The F75/LTD is my humble opinion is the best detector on the market today-bar none.

My most valuable with the F75 would be a 1919D quarter. My favorite was my 1896 "Bryan Money". A 3" token from the presidential campaign of 1896.

I loved my F70 but wanted to go relic hunting down South. I got a chance to go on one of the paid hunts and decided I had to have a new Camo F75 LTD. The first day I got lost, stepped in a hole, filled my boots with water and decided I was not a relic hunter. Two more days of hunting got me two bullets. Finally, I had found a CW relic and was a little happier. The last day of hunting for me I decided to hunt where I heard a lot of buttons had been found near the houses on the property. I crossed a pasture and noticed a large stand of big trees. I headed that way and got another bullet signal. I was in a horse pasture so I dug a big plug I was sure a horse wouldn't step in. When I turned it back, nestled in some tree roots I could see the letters US. I was in total shock. I looked around and there wasn't another soul to share the recovery. I sat and stared for a while and then carefully pulled it out and wrapped it in a napkin and started hunting again. Needless to say I couldn't concentrate and decided to head back to my car and take a break. The F75 found the relic that I had dreamed about when signing up for the trip.
