I just checked this out and this is my best year so far with the Explorer:

Are you counting clad or just wheaties and older? I'm geeky enough to keep records. I'll dig out my records and post, maybe we should do it on another forum so it doesn't get buried so quickly(though it has been slow lately.) I'd love to see what others come up with and where they are in the US. Only one seated for me this year. Last had over a dozen by this time.

Having my best silver year with the EX2.
Last 3 years were roughly the same, between 102 and 107 silver. This year I am currently at 89, which is where I was in November last year! Highest Barber count I ever had. 3 Seated so far, but it will be tough to beat last years 13 Seated.
This is also shaping up to be my highest nickel count for both V and Buffalo nickels. Only one Shield so far this year.

I would have to say 1% as well. I dig a bunch of wheaties hoping for dimes. I have found 40 wheat pennies this year and only 5 silver coins(1 wash quarter, 2 Rosie,and 2 mercs) so far this year. I will not even get into counting clad <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">

You know if you waited to count your silver when the season is over and get out and hunt while it's warm and nice you just might find more <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> Just messin with you congrats on all the %%%%%%% of old silver <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)"> call me sometime when you're near and we'll try to add to that % take care & HH Ken
