I would like to buy the right one 1st time around.Which do you rec.? to be used in fla.saltwater.

Boy Chuck you ask a good one and there is no answer for you but personal opinions. There are no digging holes test for depth and sensitivity to the target. I have about 5 different scoops from long handle to short handle and many different types of screens to drilled holes, different metals to stainless steel. I use all of them at different times. The only one I don't have is a very large alum. scoop and I will be buying one in the next two months. What is you main use or need for a scoop. Diver? Freshwater? Saltwater wet sand? Saltwater dry sand? ?????????? Frank
