What's the "expert approved" GB method for the 3D?

I've had pretty good luck pressing the pinpoint and bobbing, but I'd love to hear from some more experienced users....

I honestly don't know how to do the pipoint method. I'd have to read the book to do it. <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

It seems as though I get better depth and target response (less falsing) when I use the bobbing method
 
Bobbing method gives a finer ground balance..Takes some practice, but after a while a few bobs and your on your way....
