Whats the Turnaround when sending detectors to Garrett?

Just wondering. Sent Ace 250 in for screen problems and Pinpointer in for some problems as well. Just wondering. I am having Garrett withdrawals.
 
Did you fill out the online form from their website and include it in with your shipment? Have they called you yet? They willl call before making any repairs.
 
well i sent mine in on last thurs , and got it today so preattty fast i say .. my pointer was haveing issues too. and i missed it for a week
i know what u feel man :rage: hope this one works for awile ....

Spoke with a nice lady and she says I was back out for shipping. Wow. Just got there Thursday. Crazy fast. Nice.

Garrett freakin Rocks!!!!!!!!:clapping: Brand new detector and Brand new Pinpointer. With customer service like this why would anyone buy from anywhere else. Garrett is a stand up company. Wow. Just made a loyal customer out of me. I have dealt with Garrett and Fisher so far in my metal detecting hobby. Both great customer service with fast turnaround. My detector will be here today. SWEET....!!!!:super:
