Wheats and a Mexico pot.:fisher:

Two buddies and I hit the same old park again this morning. They each scored silver coins, 4 between them, and a dozen + wheat cents. I missed out on the silver coins today, but did manage 12 wheat backs and a Mexico sterling pot pin and a Mississippi sales tax token. It is Gator Aid and water digging time now down here in the south. We stretched digging to 11:30, but 10:30 is more the reasonable and smart time to quit. F 75 LTD with 5" coil. HH jim tn

Nice hunt Jim, better to stop before it gets too hot.
Jim when it starts to get that hot I take out my new kindle reader and read for a few hours and than take a nap. It is supposed to get into the 80's and 90's next few days. So will be spending time in my recliner. It just isn't my kind of weather to be digging in. Great detecting Jim.....Z

Like the silver pot. Sweet. Hot down this way too. Gatorade doesnt help much. September will !

Neay pot jim!! I`ll take wheats over clad any day! Talking 90`s up here also.Almost to hot to drink beer....hh rick in mi.

Yeah very nice little silver pot there...! :clapping: Rick, CCH and Zeek are right about the heat...ears start to sweat under the headphones by 8am. I'm hoping more people will get out and lose some stuff though. nice post about successful hunting with some friends.

Thanks guys. CCH, I am with you on the fall, COME ON! NO, NOOO, rick. It is never to hot for beer. Did get a couple of hours in this morning and snagged a 47 Rosie. Ran into Tabman on the spot. He had gotten there early. Smart man. He dug a partial set of teeth with what looked like some silver around them. He was swinging one of his Tesoro's, so he will probably post them there. Everyone stay cool. GET A KINDLE. HH jim tn

Cool finds Jim! It got to 95 with about 70% humidity here today by the time I got off work, so detecting was a no go today. I'm now on vacation for two weeks, so I'm planning on some early hunts! Keep it up with the silver, your giving me some inspration!
