I remember seeing these years ago coming out of South Florida then they simply disappeared.
 
Aquapulse or Aquasound ?

I believe the Aquasound is a TR/VLF unit. If so you will need to post this question on some of the VLF orientated forums here at Finds. Try the beach forum here.
