Hey Ron, I trust you return the defective battery? Generally speaking, I purchase most of my rechargeable's at Home Depot, Meijer, Lowes, and or Walgreen's. Each of these retailers has a good return policy for defective merchandise.

Inian nations at top of page is also a good dealer to deal with. I have dealt with several and liked them all . Some have better deals though. The christian dealer is a really good one too. He is one of the most honest people you will find.

I too purchase from my Christian dealer when the long drive from Grand Rapids to Plainwell warrants the expenditure.
